Position: Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Operations Coordinator to coordinate daily adventure park operations, ensure smooth workflow between departments, monitor activity schedules, and support the operations team in delivering a safe and excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of adventure park activities.
Communicate and coordinate with activity instructors, guest relations, sales, and other departments.
Monitor daily activity schedules, staff deployment, and operational requirements.
Ensure that activities are conducted according to established safety procedures and company guidelines.
Coordinate guest bookings, activity timings, and operational arrangements.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and task completion.
Maintain daily operational reports, checklists, records, and documentation.
Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
Assist the Operations Manager in planning, monitoring, and improving operational efficiency.




Ensure proper coordination of equipment readiness, housekeeping, and activity areas with the responsible teams.
Handle guest-related operational concerns and coordinate for quick resolution.
Support emergency coordination and ensure that incidents are reported to the appropriate authority.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Previous experience in operations, hospitality, adventure tourism, or team coordination is an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and reporting.
Solid organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Good command of Hindi and basic English.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
