Job Summary

Amba Multiprint is looking for an experienced HR qualified with hands-on experience in factory HR operations, labour law compliance, and shop-floor workforce management. Candidates must have practical experience handling workers in a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day factory HR operations and shop-floor workforce.
Handle workers, machine operators, helpers, contract labour, and employee grievances.
Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, applicable Gujarat Factory Rules, and other relevant labour laws.
Manage statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, minimum wages, overtime, and contract labour documentation.
Maintain attendance, shift, leave, overtime, employee records, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and disciplinary matters.
Support statutory inspections, compliance audits, employee welfare, and safety training.
Coordinate with production supervisors and department heads for workforce requirements.

Pay: ₹13,700.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
