Job Description: Production Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, manage workers, and ensure that production targets are achieved on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and monitor workflow.
Manage and coordinate workers on the production floor.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timeline.
Maintain product quality and follow safety guidelines.
Monitor machines, equipment, and raw material usage.
Identify production issues and take corrective action.
Maintain daily production reports and records.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing preferred.
Valuable communication and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control.
Ability to manage time, solve problems, and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
