Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fabric store, manage staff, assist customers, and ensure smooth store functioning.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and supervise staff.
Assist customers in selecting fabrics and provide product information.
Maintain fabric displays, stock organization, and store presentation.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and replenishment.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
Coordinate sales activities and monitor staff performance.
Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and operational standards.
Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management.

Requirements
Previous experience in retail or store management is preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales.
Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of fabrics and textiles will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
