Bancassurance Relationship Officer
Manage insurance business through banking partner branches and develop solid relationships with bank staff.
Drive life insurance sales through branch referrals, customer meetings, lead generation and cross-selling.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance, investment and protection solutions.
Train and motivate bank employees to generate quality insurance leads and improve conversion.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets for premium, policies and activation.
Conduct branch visits, customer meetings, sales campaigns and business development activities.
Monitor branch-wise performance, sales pipeline, lead conversion and business productivity.
Maintain solid relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers and other bank officials.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance and adherence to IRDAI and company guidelines.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and provide business updates to management.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
