Job Summary

We are looking for a sincere, dedicated, and analytical Accounts Manager to handle the day-to-day accounting operations of a real estate firm. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, GST, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance, along with the ability to manage a team and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including entries, vouchers, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
Handle GST, taxation, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and accounting records.
Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, income tax returns, and other applicable statutory documents.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure the availability of all required documentation.
Prepare and maintain documents related to statutory, financial, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and other financial transactions.
Supervise and manage the accounts team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and government regulations.




Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other relevant stakeholders.
Identify discrepancies, analyze financial data, and support management in financial decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field; M.Com, CA , or equivalent qualifications will be an advantage.
Relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the real estate industry.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, auditing, and statutory compliance.
Experience in team handling and accounting operations management.
Proficiency in Tally, ERP/accounting software, and MS Excel.
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred, particularly in property accounting, project-related transactions, and real estate financial compliance.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
