Key Responsibilities:
Manage current product development from concept to final production.
Research market trends, customer requirements, and competitor products.
Coordinate with Design, R&D;, Production, Quality, and Purchase teams.
Develop product specifications, prototypes, BOMs, and cost-effective designs.
Ensure product quality, performance, and timely product launches.
Identify opportunities for product improvement, innovation, and cost reduction.
Coordinate with vendors for component development and sourcing.

Eligibility & Preferences:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or a relevant field.
2–5 years of experience in Recent Product Development, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Air Coolers, Washing Machines, Metal Almirahs, or LED TVs.
Knowledge of product design, manufacturing processes, costing, and quality standards.
Valuable coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
