Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage the full hiring cycle: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Collaborate with production managers to identify skill gaps and recruit for specific factory roles.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle grievances, conduct performance appraisals, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Organize team‑building activities and safety‑related awareness programs
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws, factory safety regulations, and internal HR policies
Develop and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance documentation.
Training & Development
Design and deliver training programs for new hires and skill upgrades in production processes
Payroll & Advantages Administration
Oversee salary processing, leave management, and advantages administration.




Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical)
Operational Support in Factory Setting
Address HR issues related to shift work, overtime, and production schedules.
Support safety compliance and incident reporting.

Required Qualifications
Experience: Proven HR Generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing or factory settings
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Human Resources Management, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM) preferred.
Skills:
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and factory regulations.
Strong interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
