Roles and Responsibilities
Counsel patients and their attendants regarding treatment procedures, hospital services, and available facilities.
Explain treatment plans, procedures, and estimated costs as communicated by the treating doctor and relevant departments.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, insurance, and other departments to address patient queries.
Assist patients with admission, discharge, and appointment-related processes.
Explain hospital packages, treatment estimates, payment procedures, and insurance or cashless facilities, where applicable.
Provide guidance to patients regarding investigations, consultations, and follow-up appointments.
Address patient concerns and complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate authority.
Maintain patient counselling records and follow up with patients when required.
Support patient satisfaction initiatives and ensure a positive patient experience.
Maintain patient confidentiality and handle medical and personal information responsibly.
Help patients and attendants understand hospital procedures and documentation requirements.




Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for patient enquiries and service-related follow-ups, where applicable.
Ensure courteous communication and qualified conduct while interacting with patients and attendants.

Ability to handle sensitive situations and patient complaints calmly.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple hospital departments.
Fluency in Tamil and English; knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in hospitals, patient relations, front office, healthcare counselling, or customer service will be preferred.
Ability to work in shifts, if required.
Solid focus on patient satisfaction and service quality.

Experience: 1–3 Years (Hospital experience preferred)
Qualification: Any Degree; candidates with healthcare or counselling experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
