Job Title: Academic Mentor

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Academic Mentor to support students after enrolment by guiding them through onboarding, explaining course details, and ensuring a smooth start to their classes. The role requires robust communication, regular follow-ups, and student support.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact students after admission and complete welcome calls
Guide students on course structure and learning platform
Provide regular follow-ups and reminders for classes and fees
Share class links and ensure students attend sessions
Maintain accurate student records in CRM/Google Sheets
Address student queries and provide continuous support

Requirements:
Qualification: Degree and above
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge

Location: Chakkai, Trivandrum

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
