Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and versatile All-Rounder Chef with 2–3 years of experience in a café or restaurant. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple kitchen sections, preparing a variety of dishes, maintaining food quality, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes as per the menu and standard recipes.
Handle multiple kitchen sections, including Indian, Continental, snacks, and basic café-style food.
Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Monitor ingredient stock, food wastage, and portion control.
Assist with food preparation, inventory management, and daily kitchen operations.




Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure timely order preparation.
Follow proper food storage, labelling, and FIFO procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience as an All-Rounder Chef in a café or restaurant.
Knowledge of different cuisines and food preparation techniques.
Ability to manage multiple kitchen tasks efficiently.
Positive understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
Team player with positive time management skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
