Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 2–4 years of experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting concepts, practical knowledge of day-to-day accounting operations, and the ability to handle accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage sales and purchase entries, invoices, and payment records.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain vouchers, bills, and supporting financial documents.
Track payments, outstanding balances, and follow up on pending dues.
Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic reports.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing, payments,



and account-related queries.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts.
Practical knowledge of account handling and day-to-day accounting entries.
Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar tools.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
