Job Title: Equity Advisor Department: Equity Advisory Industry: Stock Broking / Financial Services Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities  Acquire new clients and develop long-term business relationships.  Understand clients' investment objectives, financial goals, and risk appetite.  Provide equity market insights and authorized investment-related guidance.  Share market updates and approved research-based recommendations with clients.  Handle client queries related to equity markets, investment products, and account services.  Follow up with prospective clients and convert business opportunities into clients.  Maintain regular communication with existing clients to improve engagement and retention.  Achieve monthly business, revenue, and client acquisition targets.  Maintain client interaction records and business performance reports.  Follow applicable SEBI regulations and company compliance policies.



Target-Oriented Role & Compensation  This is a target-oriented role focused on current client acquisition, business development, and revenue generation.  Fixed monthly salary plus attractive performance-based incentives.  Additional incentives may be offered based on individual performance and target achievement, as per company policy. Required Skills  Good understanding of the Indian equity market and stock market trends.  Strong sales, communication, and client relationship management skills.  Ability to handle client queries professionally.  Positive negotiation and business development skills.  Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach.  Relevant NISM certification and authorization, wherever required for the assigned activities. Educational Qualification Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
