Key Responsibilities:
Manage, administer, and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Citrix Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Director, and Citrix Gateway.
Monitor and optimize Citrix infrastructure performance, availability, and security.
Manage user access, policies, profiles, and application publishing in Citrix environments.
Administer and Basic support Windows Server and Active Directory services.
Configure and manage network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
Perform network troubleshooting involving LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP protocols.
Monitor network performance and implement corrective actions to ensure high availability.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for incident resolution and infrastructure upgrades.
Handle backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, SOPs, and reports.




Provide L1 technical support and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills:
Strong experience in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix ADC/NetScaler.
Good knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
L1 in networking technologies including Routing, Switching, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, and Network Security.
Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, or similar network devices.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Understanding of monitoring tools and ITIL-based support processes.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:
Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) / Citrix Certified Qualified (CCP)
Cisco CCNA / CCNP

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
