Job Requirements
1–2 years of experience as a Hostess / GRA / Guest Relations Executive in a premium hotel, restaurant, lounge, or hospitality workplace.
Experience in Mumbai hotels/restaurants preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a qualified and well-groomed appearance.
Strong guest-handling and customer-service skills.
Ability to manage reservations, guest greetings, seating arrangements, and guest queries.
Candidates with international hospitality experience will be preferred.




Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.

Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements.
Handle guest queries and provide personalized assistance.
Coordinate with the service and management teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest relations.
Handle VIP and international guests professionally.
