Job Overview

The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors. In an interior design company, this role requires excellent communication skills, skilled presentation, and the ability to coordinate between designers, clients, and management to ensure smooth front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors professionally
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Schedule appointments and meetings for designers and management
Maintain client records and project files
Handle courier services, office supplies, and vendor coordination
Support billing, invoicing, and basic administrative tasks
Maintain reception area aesthetics aligned with company brand image
Coordinate client visits and meeting room arrangements




Assist with social media inquiries or website leads (if required)

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Business, or related field
2–3 years experience in front office/reception (preferably in design, real estate, or architecture firm)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused
Basic understanding of interior design terminology (preferred)
Multitasking and organizational skills

Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
