A. Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and contra entries.
Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
Verify invoices, vouchers, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.

B. GST & Statutory Compliance
Prepare and verify GST-related data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing.
Reconcile purchase records with GSTR-2B and identify discrepancies.
Coordinate with consultants for GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings, as applicable.
Ensure proper documentation and timely compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

C. Banking & Payment Management
Prepare payment statements and coordinate for vendor payments.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.




Follow up with customers for pending payments and overdue invoices.
Verify bank transactions and maintain proper records of receipts and payments.
Assist in bank-related documentation and financial transactions.

D. Financial Reporting & Reconciliation
Prepare monthly outstanding reports, ageing reports, and other MIS reports.
Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain records for audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Support management with accurate financial information and reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
