Job Title: Production Executive – Food Industry
Qualification: B.Tech Food or Graduate with relevant food industry experience
Experience: 3 Years
Job Responsibilities:
Manage shift production, operators, and manpower.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Handle RM/PM issuance, reconciliation, and wastage control.
Maintain GMP, personal hygiene, and cleaning schedules.
Maintain production records, logbooks, and material reconciliation.
Train operators and support internal audits.
Working Hours: 8 hours, 6 days a week (rotational shifts and weekly off).
