V2 Creative Engineering, a leading manufacturer and solution provider of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and lifting systems, is seeking a Service Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Perform erection, installation, commissioning, and testing of equipment at customer sites.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues during breakdowns.
Handle customer complaints independently and provide effective technical solutions.
Deliver operational, maintenance, and safety training to clients.
Prepare service reports and maintain documentation after site visits.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
Build solid customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.

Qualifications:




Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree or diploma (freshers welcome).
Robust technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Valid driving license and own vehicle for travel.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.

CTC: ₹2 - 3 LPA .

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
