Call and follow up leads received through Meta Ads, social media, WhatsApp and other enquiry channels.
Understand customer requirements, explain approved product information, share quotations and coordinate samples or demonstrations with the sales team.
Follow up prospective and existing customers, record outcomes and agree explicit next steps.
Prepare and process sales orders (SOs), check customer details, products, quantities and agreed pricing, and coordinate internal approvals.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, production and dispatch on payments, stock availability, order status and delivery updates.
Research relevant business leads using Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and AI-assisted research, then verify business information and maintain accurate lead lists.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
