Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, and investment perks.
Understand customer requirements and generate interest in our projects.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain customer information and update lead details regularly.




Follow up with interested customers to improve conversions.
Handle customer queries professionally.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or Excel.
Positive attitude and a target-oriented approach.
