Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager / Consultant to support and lead complex transformation and transition engagements for global and multinational clients. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of experience in project / program management, transformation, transitions or technology-led initiatives, and is comfortable working with multinational organisations and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Support and lead complex transformation and transition engagements for global and multinational clients.
Manage projects across multiple functions, teams and stakeholders.
Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, governance and executive reporting.




Work closely with multinational / global organisations and senior stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes.
Structure complex problems and drive outcomes through strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Qualifications:
6–10 years of relevant experience in project / program management, transformation, transitions or technology-led initiatives.
Exposure to business transformation, process transformation, technology implementation / digital transformation or operating model initiatives.
Experience in transitions / large-scale change initiatives is highly desirable.
Strong experience working with multinational / global organisations and senior stakeholders.
Robust communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with PM tools such as Asana, JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com.
Exposure to PMO, advantages / value realisation, process improvement and change management would be an advantage.
Consulting experience is preferred but not mandatory – robust candidates from industry with relevant transformation / project experience are welcome.
PMP certification is preferred.
