We are looking for an experienced Collection Executive to handle customer collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining qualified relationships with customers.

Position: Collection Executive

Location: Avadi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Contact customers through calls and other communication channels regarding outstanding payments.
Follow up regularly on pending and overdue payments.
Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer payments, follow-ups, and outstanding balances.
Coordinate with the accounts and internal teams regarding payment-related issues.
Negotiate suitable payment schedules with customers when required.
Resolve customer queries related to invoices, payments, and outstanding dues.
Prepare regular collection status and follow-up reports.
Ensure timely escalation of long-pending or difficult accounts.
