Study Comet is moving into a bigger space with a bigger team, and we're looking for Academic Advisors / Academic Counsellors to grow with us.

We help international students find their path to top Malaysian universities, from choosing the right course to landing on campus. Every student who gets it right is a story worth being part of.

The Role
As an Academic Advisor, you'll be the first point of guidance for students and parents, helping them make one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

What you'll do
Counsel prospective students on courses, universities, and admission pathways
Handle daily calls and follow-ups with domestic and international students and parents
Use our CRM to track leads, update records, and manage the student journey
Submit daily reports on your activity and progress
Support and represent us at events, including occasional domestic travel
Work with the team to guide students from enquiry to enrolment

What we're looking for
Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome




Solid communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
Comfortable with CRM tools and everyday tech (Excel, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
Confident on calls, and able to explain things clearly and patiently
Self-driven, organised, and good with follow-ups
Comfortable working with people from different countries and cultures
Background in education, counselling, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not a must

Location: Calicut, on-site
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Travel: occasional domestic travel for events
Type: Full-time
