Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
Handle bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
Understand client requirements and coordinate resource deployment.
Manage client onboarding and employee onboarding processes.
Coordinate with business development and technical teams.
Maintain resource availability, deployment trackers and recruitment MIS.
Support client communication, project staffing and workforce planning.
Develop HR processes, policies and standard operating procedures.
Track hiring turnaround time, resource utilization and onboarding status.
Support vendor coordination and subcontractor resource management where required.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
