We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Baddi (Panchkula) You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales appointments.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists.
Answer incoming queries regarding products, services, and company details.
Understand customer requirements and guide them toward the right solution.
Maintain accurate records of call logs, customer details, and feedback in CRM/Excel.
Follow up regularly with potential leads to ensure conversion.
Meet daily calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education:



Higher Secondary (10+2) or Any Graduate.
Experience: 0 to 1 year in telecalling, customer support, or sales (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
Communication Skills: Valuable command over Hindi and basic/conversational English. Knowledge of Punjabi is a plus.
Key Traits: Polite phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a persuasive attitude.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and smartphone/computer usage.

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
