Compensation Source baseline: Type 1 INR 35,000/month; Type 2 INR 33,000/month. FTE baseline: INR

Role purpose

Build a strong JEE/NEET educator pipeline by developing subject experts into engaging, student-first Master Teachers.

What you will do

● Complete structured training in subject pedagogy, lesson design, delivery, doubt solving and Vedantu teaching standards.

● Prepare and deliver concept classes, problem-solving sessions and evaluated teaching demos.

● Create explicit explanations, examples and practice material aligned to JEE/NEET difficulty and learning outcomes.

● Use learner data and feedback to adapt pace, explanations and remediation plans.

● Collaborate with academic leaders, content teams and fellow teachers; maintain classroom quality and professionalism.

● Solid command of the relevant subject at JEE/NEET level

Selection process

Application screen -> subject panel discussion/problem solving -> group discussion -> culture-fit interview. Subject

approval and teaching-demo approval are separate decisions.

Program outcome and career path

Certified trainees may convert to Master Teacher. Candidates not clearing certification may be considered for Student

Academic Mentor or Academic Associate roles, subject to fit and openings. After 12 months as an MT, eligible employees

may apply for a CAH pathway when a position is open; selected candidates undergo six months of development and a final assessment.

Tamil language mandatory.

Pay: ₹390,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
