Job Description: Receivables Executive

Location: Sion, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable and outstanding payments.
Follow up with clients for pending payments through calls and emails.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payment transactions.
Prepare and maintain receivables reports and outstanding payment statements.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding billing and collections.
Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation.
Ensure timely collection of payments and proper maintenance of accounts.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a CA firm.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles, billing, and collections.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software will be an advantage.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
