Eduport is seeking a proactive and analytical Management Trainee to support business operations, category management, and growth initiatives. Working closely with the Business Head, you will gain hands-on experience in business planning, performance analysis, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Business Operations
Support day-to-day business operations and organizational initiatives.
Coordinate with departments to track progress and ensure timely execution.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Category Management
Monitor category and program performance.
Track revenue, enrollments, customer engagement, and operational metrics.
Support category growth strategies and marketing campaigns.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Prepare business reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
Present findings and recommendations to the Business Head and leadership team.
Project Coordination
Support strategic projects and special assignments.
Coordinate with stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Maintain project trackers, documentation, and progress reports.
Business Growth Initiatives




Conduct market and competitor research.
Support business expansion and new initiatives.
Contribute to improving customer experience and operational excellence.
