We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Admission Counselor to manage student admissions, counsel parents and students, and convert prospective inquiries into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and other communication channels.
Counsel parents and students regarding courses, programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, applications, and confirmed admissions.
Explain admission policies, documentation requirements, and payment procedures.
Coordinate with the academic and administration teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Participate in admission campaigns, school visits, promotional activities, and other outreach initiatives.




Prepare regular reports on inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admission targets.
Ensure a positive experience for parents and students throughout the admission journey.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate
4–8 years of experience in admissions, educational counseling.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Ability to work towards admission targets and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
