Key Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electronic circuits, control panels, sensors, and electrical control systems.
Perform maintenance of electronic testing (ET) machines and other production equipment used in condom manufacturing.
Identify and rectify faults in PLCs, relays, contactors, wiring, sensors, and control systems, as applicable.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize machine breakdowns and production downtime.
Ensure proper functioning and calibration coordination of electronic testing equipment.
Attend machine breakdowns and provide timely technical support to the Production Department.
Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts consumption records.
Follow safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements where applicable, and company SOPs.
Coordinate with the Production and Quality Control departments to ensure smooth machine operation.




Maintain valuable housekeeping and ensure secure handling of tools and electronic components.

Required Skills
Knowledge of electronic circuits, electrical wiring, sensors, and control systems.
Troubleshooting skills for production machinery and electronic testing equipment.
Basic knowledge of PLCs, multimeters, and preventive maintenance.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with the maintenance team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Reduction in machine breakdowns and downtime.
Timely completion of preventive maintenance.
Proper functioning of electronic testing equipment.
Maintenance record accuracy and safety compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
