Job Title: B2C Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented B2C Telecalling Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining our products/services, generating interest, following up with leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
Follow up regularly with interested customers.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.
Maintain a positive and qualified relationship with customers.
Follow company calling scripts, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements

· 12th pass or Graduate preferred.

· Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.





· Valuable communication skills in Hindi and/or English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

· Basic computer knowledge.

· Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

· Comfortable making a high volume of customer calls.

· Target-oriented and self-motivated.

· Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

Experience
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, customer service, or sales preferred.
Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude are welcome.
