Role Purpose

Drive Grade 1 admissions for MTAS by building and nurturing a robust network of pre-schools, and by expanding the school's visibility and reach through community and society partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-school Network Building: Identify, visit, and build lasting relationships with pre-schools/nurseries across Nashik; position MTAS as the preferred Grade 1 transition option for their outgoing students.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Convert pre-school relationships into qualified admission leads for Grade 1; track and follow up on leads through to enrollment.
Society & Community Outreach: Establish partnerships with residential societies and local community groups to expand MTAS's presence and generate admission inquiries.
Promotional Events: Plan and execute promotional/awareness events at partner pre-schools and societies (info sessions, stalls, activity days) to showcase MTAS.
On-Campus Events: Plan and execute school events (open houses, orientation days, campus visits)



that support the admissions funnel and give prospective parents a compelling first impression.
Reporting: Maintain visit logs, partnership status, and admission conversion data; report progress against enrollment targets.

Key Skills & Attributes
Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills; comfortable with field visits and cold outreach
Sales/target orientation with a consultative, parent-friendly approach
Event planning and on-ground execution ability
Two-wheeler/local travel readiness within Nashik
Prior experience in education sales, admissions counseling, or field sales preferred

Success Metrics
Number of active pre-school and society partnerships
Grade 1 admission conversions sourced through the network
Number and quality of promotional/school events executed

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
