Job Summary

We are hiring an innovative and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our team in Shapar, Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have expertise in 2D drafting, 3D modeling using SolidWorks or AutoCAD, and a robust background in structural and sheet metal design for industrial conveyor systems.

Key Responsibilities
CAD Modeling & Drafting: Create accurate 2D manufacturing drawings and detailed 3D models for customized conveyor systems using SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
Custom Design Development: Work on structural and sheet metal designs tailored to client-specific material handling requirements.
BOM Preparation: Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical specifications for procurement and production teams.
Production Coordination:



Collaborate closely with fabrication and production departments to resolve design-related issues during manufacturing.
Design Optimization: Review and modify existing designs to improve machine efficiency, reduce production costs, and maintain high-quality engineering standards.

Key Requirements & Skills
Mandatory Software: SolidWorks or AutoCAD
2D Drafting & 3D Modeling proficiency
Solid Mechanical Design foundation
Hands-on experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation
Expertise in Sheet Metal & Structural Design
Familiarity with Industrial Conveyor Systems

Work Schedule & Advantages
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Wednesday
