About the Role

Tasty South Foods is looking for an experienced Andhra/Telugu vegetarian chef to develop authentic South Indian food products for commercial production and export markets.

Responsibilities
Develop authentic Andhra vegetarian recipes and current food products.
Standardise recipes, ingredients, measurements and preparation methods for large-scale production.
Adapt traditional recipes for frozen-food manufacturing while maintaining taste, texture and quality.
Conduct product trials, improve recipes and document preparation processes.
Work with the production team to ensure consistency, quality and cost efficiency.

Requirements
Proven experience in authentic Andhra/Telugu vegetarian cuisine.
Experience in recipe development and commercial-scale cooking.
Knowledge of ingredient selection, food costing and recipe standardisation.
Experience in food manufacturing or frozen-food R&D; is an advantage.
Willingness to work in Kochi, Kerala.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
