Job Title: IT Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, service delivery, incident management, and compliance with SLA requirements.

Location: Ghansoli/Thane

Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT operations, including desktop support, networking, servers, and IT service desk.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations.
Monitor SLA performance, service quality, and operational KPIs.
Lead and manage IT support teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
Manage IT asset lifecycle, inventory, software licenses, and vendor performance.
Implement ITIL best practices, operational processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance reviews.




Ensure adherence to IT security policies, audit requirements, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant experience in IT operations and infrastructure management.
Solid knowledge of ITIL, incident management, SLA management, and IT service delivery.
Experience in team management, client handling, and escalation management.
Valuable communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Experience: 8–12 years in IT Operations / IT Infrastructure Management.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
