Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with customers and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms and other sales channels.
Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
Explain products/services clearly and effectively to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and recent customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of customer interactions, leads and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.
Stay updated about products, competitors and market trends.
Prepare regular sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and professional personality.
Positive negotiation and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is an advantage.
Candidates should be based in or willing to work from Jaipur.
