Better Me Healthcare is expanding its administrative team and is looking for candidates with excellent communication skills for the Patient Care Coordinator profile. This is a work-from-office position.

The job responsibilities include :
Setting up patient appointments over calls, text and email
Answering queries of patients and family members
Managing the OPD using the clinic software
Creating daily reports for operations

Requirements:

Candidates with ample work experience in the healthcare and hospitality sectors will be given preference.

Shift timings :
6 days working per week
Timings : 11 am-8 pm
1 paid leave per month

Salary
Rs 20,000 -Rs 35,000 per month in hand (depending on work experience and credentials)
