Key Responsibilities
Engage and mobilize rural communities to participate in skill development activities.
Identify and onboard beneficiaries for training programs across districts.
Coordinate with local stakeholders, government officials, and training partners.
Conduct workshops and awareness camps on skill development and livelihood prospects.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of field activities.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Social Work or Rural Development preferred.
1–3 years of experience in community mobilization or fieldwork.
Solid communication skills in Hindi and the local dialect; English is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively to remote and hilly areas of Uttarakhand.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
