Prepare the operation theatre (OT) before surgical procedures.
Ensure cleanliness, sterilization and infection control in the OT.
Check and prepare surgical instruments, equipment and supplies.
Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
Monitor and maintain patient safety throughout surgery.
Follow aseptic techniques and hospital safety protocols.
Count surgical instruments, needles and gauze before and after surgery.
Maintain OT records, checklists and surgical documentation.
Assist in patient transfer and positioning before and after surgery.
Monitor availability of medicines, consumables and emergency equipment.
Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste.
Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists and other healthcare staff.
Follow hospital policies, duty schedules and instructions from senior staff.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
