We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Site Engineer to oversee the execution and completion of a resort project in Wayanad. The project includes 36 guest rooms, a lobby, restaurant, landscaping, swimming pool, and associated facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Execute site activities according to the approved project schedule and ensure completion within the four-month target.
Supervise and coordinate approximately 70–80 workers across various construction and finishing trades.
Monitor daily site activities, contractor performance, work progress, and productivity.
Ensure construction quality and workmanship comply with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate material requirements, procurement, deliveries, and stock management.
Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interior, painting, landscaping, and swimming pool works.
Verify work measurements, labour progress, contractor bills, and material consumption.
Ensure site safety,



worker discipline, and proper housekeeping.
Prepare daily progress reports, manpower updates, site photographs, and material status reports.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final project handover.

Requirements
B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction site execution and project coordination.
Experience in large-scale building construction or hospitality projects is preferred.
Robust site supervision, manpower management, and contractor coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of construction quality, material management, and project scheduling.
Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
