Job Duties:
Conduct recruitment activities for technicians and other roles in the local area.
Regularly visit project sites for HR generalist duties, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Monitor employee attendance and grooming standards.
Dual reporting structure: functionally to corporate HR and administratively to the site in charge.
Report to the MD or the site project manager for administrative matters.
Ensure safety and hygiene compliance at project sites.
Maintaining employee records.
Handle administrative tasks related to HR functions.
Education: MBA in HR or related field.
Experiences: Minimum 1 year experience in Field HR or Site HR
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
