Customer Outreach: Conduct follow-up calls to customers within 24 to 72 hours of their vehicle delivery to check on their satisfaction with the service provided.
Feedback Collection: Record customer feedback, ratings, and any complaints in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Issue Resolution: Address minor complaints directly and escalate unresolved technical issues or major grievances to the Service Manager or appropriate Service Advisor.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all follow-up activities, including successful contacts, unreachable customers, and pending callbacks.
Customer Retention: Inform customers about upcoming service schedules, warranty renewals, or special service camps to encourage repeat business.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
