Job Summary

Ayursiha Hospital is looking for a friendly, confident, and Arabic-speaking Guest Relations Executive to assist international patients, especially guests from Arabic-speaking countries. The candidate will help patients with their hospital visits, treatment coordination, accommodation, and other guest requirements while ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist international patients and their families.
Communicate with Arabic-speaking patients in Arabic and English.
Explain hospital facilities, treatment options, accommodation, and available packages.
Coordinate doctor appointments and treatment schedules.
Assist with guest check-in, check-out, and accommodation arrangements.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, reception,



and other departments.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Arrange airport pickup, transportation, and other guest services.
Follow up with patients during their stay and ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist with medical documents, reports, and administrative tasks.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.

Qualifications and Skills
Positive Arabic communication skills are required.
Basic English communication skills are required.
Malayalam proficiency is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in hospitality, healthcare, customer service, or medical tourism is an advantage but not mandatory.
Valuable communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
