Lane is rebuilding how India learns to drive, pairing structured lessons with proprietary sensor technology that tracks real driving behaviour and gives learners proof of their progress. We've raised ₹8.5 Cr in pre-seed funding led by Kae Capital, with DeVC, Antler India, Panthera Peak, and prominent angels, and we have 15,000+ registrations so far.

Role Overview

Millions of adults hold a license but don't feel confident driving alone. You'll talk to these learners, understand what's holding them back, and help them pick the right Lane program, from the first call to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities
Call leads and explain Lane's driving programs
Understand each customer's needs and recommend the right option
Follow up with leads and close enrollments
Keep your leads and follow-ups updated in our CRM
Work with the operations team so customers have a smooth start
Achieve your monthly enrollment targets

Requirements
Freshers and people with up to 2 years of experience in sales,



business development
Any graduate
A clear, confident communicator who enjoys talking to people
Comfortable working towards targets and following up with leads
Basic comfort with a phone and a CRM or spreadsheet

Pay and perks
Fixed salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month, based on experience
Incentives: uncapped, with top performers earning up to ₹50,000 per month
5-day paid onboarding and sales training
Growth path: Sales Associate, Senior Associate, Team Lead

Work details
Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore (on-site)
Working days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off
Shifts: 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM or 11 AM-8 PM
Languages: English and Hindi required; a regional language is a plus
