Key Responsibilities
Inbound Call Handling: Answer incoming patient calls professionally to share accurate details regarding doctors, specialties, consultation timings, room categories, and hospital facilities.
Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel OPD (Out-Patient Department), diagnostic, and specialized procedure appointments.
Outbound Calling: Conduct reminder calls, follow-ups on missed visits, health check-up promotions, and post-consultation patient feedback collection.
Query & Complaint Resolution: Listen to patient grievances, resolve minor operational issues, and escalate complex or clinical complaints to relevant departments (Billing, Insurance/TPA, Nursing, or Front Office).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
