Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and work area.
Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and supplies.
Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Follow food safety, quality, and company standards at all times.
Assist with cashiering and billing activities when required.
