Job Responsibilities
Train employees to effectively use Claude and other Generative AI tools for business activities.
Develop effective prompts for accounting, finance, HR, recruitment, sales, marketing, operations and documentation.
Teach prompt engineering from basic to advanced levels.
Create reusable prompt templates and AI workflows for different departments.
Train teams to analyze documents, Excel/data, reports and business information using AI.
Help employees automate repetitive day-to-day tasks using AI.
Develop AI-based workflows for research, lead generation, content preparation and reporting.
Conduct practical training sessions and workshops.
Prepare SOPs, training materials and AI usage guidelines.
Evaluate employees after training and provide ongoing support.
Research current Claude/AI features and identify ways to implement them in business operations.
Ensure employees understand data confidentiality, privacy and responsible AI usage.





Candidate Requirements
Robust practical knowledge of Claude and Generative AI.
Excellent prompt-engineering skills.
Experience using AI for real business use cases rather than only theoretical knowledge.
Knowledge of ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI platforms is an advantage.
Basic understanding of automation and APIs will be preferred.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
Valuable English communication and presentation skills.
Experience conducting corporate or employee training is an advantage.
