We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Executive with a solid background in real estate to handle customer enquiries, convert leads into site visits, and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
Explain project details, pricing, and investment perks effectively.
Convince and motivate interested customers to schedule site visits.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed site visits.
Handle customer objections using robust communication and negotiation skills.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful site visits.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.

Requirements




Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales / Tele Sales (Mandatory).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to convert leads into confirmed site visits.
Solid customer handling and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented mindset with a focus on site visit conversions.
Tamil fluency required; English communication skills preferred.

Preferred Candidate: Someone with proven experience in real estate lead conversion and site visit scheduling.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
