Position: Housekeeping Assistant
Department: Housekeeping
Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor / Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the resort. The candidate should be responsible, well-groomed, and committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned spaces.
Assist with room cleaning, bed making, linen changes, and replenishment of guest amenities.
Handle cleaning equipment, chemicals, and housekeeping supplies safely.
Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
Follow housekeeping SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are properly maintained and stored.




Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with other departments when required.
Maintain skilled conduct, punctuality, discipline, and grooming standards.
Complete assigned duties within the stipulated time while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort is preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may apply.
Positive communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
Physically fit and comfortable performing cleaning duties.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Honest, punctual, disciplined, and attentive to detail.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
